The city of Sacramento's Digital Equity Response Program passed out 200 technology kits at City Hall — complete with a laptop, hotspot device and two years of prepaid internet service. In partnership with Dell and T-Mobile, the city's information technology department gave 150 kits to local organizations, and the rest went to students in the College of Business at Sacramento State.
